Boarding at Seven Oaks

Boarding at Seven Oaks Equestrian Center is more than a convenience, it's a peace of mind.

Boarders at Seven Oaks have free access to all the facilities that are provided

All horses at Seven Oaks are fed twice a day.  Seven Oaks provides all horse feed and any supplements the owner provides will be fed free of charge.  We currently feed a 10% complete, pelletized horse feed to the majority of the horses.  We feed a 16% complete, pelletized horse feed to broodmares and any horse under the age of two.  Equine Senior is fed to older horses or hard keepers, and we supply oats as well.  The "feed board" lists all the animals on the property with what they are fed and when and all supplements are clearly marked to ensure the horses are all fed properly.  Horses in stalls are given hay at night and there are free-choice round bales nearly year round in every pasture.  Horses on stall rest are given hay three times a day and  water is checked throughout the day.

Unless a boarder prefers to do it themselves, horses boarded at Seven Oaks will be de-wormed on a eight-week rotating schedule by Seven Oaks staff and have their annual shots administered by the farm veterinarian.  A farrier comes every week and horses are either kept on a six week schedule or done as needed/requested.  Both the farm farrier and farm vet are on-call to Seven Oaks at all times.
